Reimagining Black Culture: A New Path Forward

For many, Black culture is stuck in a loop. It's often seen as limited to a few things. This can keep people from growing. It's time for a change. It's time to think about Black culture in a new way. This post explores how to update Black culture and create a brighter future.

The Current State of Black Culture

Right now, what is seen as Black culture is limited. It includes:

  • Salons
  • Barbershops
  • Bookstores
  • Churches
  • Soul food restaurants

While these things are important, they don't represent everything. This short list does not allow for growth. The current state of Black culture is holding people back.

Is it time for a change?

The Power of a Name

Names have power. They shape how we see ourselves. If a name has no meaning, it can leave a person feeling empty.

Think about it. If you looked up your name and found nothing, how would you feel? It's important to have a name that gives you something to live up to. It is time to consider new, meaningful names.

Reconnecting to a Cultural Identity

Black people need to reconnect with their roots.

Many valuable things created by Black people are taken by others. This includes:

  • Ideas
  • Products
  • Inventions

These things should benefit the Black community. Instead, they often go back to the country where Black people live, not the country where they belong.

It's time to reclaim what is rightfully yours.

Reculturalization: A New Mindset

The key is to reculturalize the mind. What does that mean? It means embracing a new way of thinking.

The goal is to adopt a mindset that promotes growth, prosperity, and righteousness. This requires a shift in values, beliefs, and behaviors.

The Faith of Yeshua

The faith of Yeshua is about believing in one God. By believing in one man and his teachings, people can find the light of righteousness.

This belief can change the world. It can bring people out of darkness and into the light. It can turn poverty into prosperity. It can turn wickedness into righteousness.

A New Cultural Cuisine

Food is a big part of culture.

It's time to move beyond old traditions and adopt a new cuisine. The Ethiopian cuisine offers a way to reconnect with your roots. It's a way to nourish the body and the mind.

Embracing a New Identity

It's time to let go of old identities. Get rid of things that represent black organizations.

Instead, embrace a new identity. Uphold the flag of the Lion of Judah. Connect with the tribe of Yehudi. Learn Amharic, the language of your people.

By walking in the light, you will become one with God. Others will see that God favors you. You will be called by a new name.

Reconnecting with Culture

To embrace a new identity, you must reconnect with:

  • Culture
  • Cuisine
  • Fashion
  • Morals
  • Values

Embrace these things and live a life of purpose.

The Choice: Life or Death

This is a time of change. Some things must die so that others can live. Just like in the days of Noah, there is a choice to be made.

Will you enter the ark and be saved? Or will you stay in the old ways and perish? The ark is a person who can lead you to enlightenment. By following this person, you can be filled with the light of God.

The choice is yours.

The Mark of the World

Today, there are many things that go against nature. This includes:

  • Transgenderism
  • Synthetic foods
  • Immodest clothing

These things are a mark of the world. You must choose whether to be marked with the seal of God or the mark of the world.

Women, dress modestly. Men, be men after God's own heart. Go back to the scriptures for guidance.

The Importance of Ethiopian Culture

Ethiopia is a key to understanding Black culture. It is the home of:

  • The oldest Christian churches
  • The oldest sect of Jews
  • The origin of Islam

Ethiopia holds the secrets to your past.

Marcus Garvey said that out of Ethiopia would come a king.

A Call to Action

It's time to embrace a new culture. Accept the teachings offered to you.

Go through your house and get rid of anything that represents old ways. Burn it all as an offering.

Stop gravitating back to old black leaders. Their time is done.

Open Air Teaching

The teachings are available to everyone, everywhere. You can hear them in:

  • China
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • Malaysia
  • India
  • Egypt
  • Ethiopia
  • South Africa
  • Ghana
  • Chicago
  • New York
  • Atlanta
  • Los Angeles
  • Hawaii
  • Brazil
  • Toronto
  • Trinidad
  • Jamaica

The word is spreading all over the world.

Conclusion

Updating Black culture is not just about changing what you do. It's about changing how you think.

By embracing a new mindset, reconnecting with your roots, and choosing a life of purpose, you can create a brighter future for yourself and for generations to come.

What will you do?

Transform Your Life: The Role of Mentorship and Self-Discipline

#1 The Power of Mentorship and Self-Discipline

My journey towards becoming a spiritual leader was shaped by the guiding principles of my mentors and the importance of self-discipline. As a young boy, I was instilled with a strong sense of faith and a desire to follow in the footsteps of the prophets. My mother's teachings and the scriptures played a significant role in shaping my mindset and commitment to my spiritual path.

#2 Emulating the Greats

During my Ministry class, my teacher, Minister Abdul Allah Muhammad (formerly Minister John Shabazz), recognized my potential and urged me to emulate the great leaders who had come before me. He encouraged me to study and learn from them, to adopt their mannerisms, and to think like them. I was told that by doing so, I would become an effective reformer for my people. This advice resonated deeply with me, and I made a conscious decision to follow in their footsteps.

#3 The Importance of Self-Discipline

One of the most important lessons I learned during this period was the importance of self-discipline. I was tasked with completing 40-day fasts, a challenging feat that required immense mental and physical fortitude. However, I persevered, and in doing so, I developed a strong sense of willpower and determination. This self-discipline would become a cornerstone of my spiritual journey, allowing me to stay focused on my path and resist temptation.

#4 The Influence of Great Leaders

Throughout my journey, I have been influenced by some of the most powerful leaders in our community. I have been shaped by the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm X, and the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, among others. These individuals have instilled in me the importance of staying true to my beliefs and remaining steadfast in the face of adversity.

#5 Becoming a Spiritual Leader

As I continue on my spiritual journey, I am reminded of the importance of humility and the need to remain grounded. I acknowledge that I am not alone in this journey and that I am merely a vessel for the messages of the great leaders who have come before me. When you hear me, you are hearing the collective wisdom of these spiritual giants. When you see me, you are seeing the culmination of their teachings and guidance.

#6 The Power of Mentorship

My journey would not have been possible without the guidance of my mentors. Their wisdom, support, and encouragement have been instrumental in shaping me into the spiritual leader I am today. I urge others to seek out mentors who can guide them on their own spiritual journeys, for it is through these relationships that we can learn and grow.

#7 Conclusion

My story is a testament to the power of mentorship, self-discipline, and staying true to one's beliefs. As I continue to grow and evolve as a spiritual leader, I remain committed to the principles that have guided me thus far. I hope that my story can serve as an inspiration to others, encouraging them to embark on their own spiritual journeys and to remain steadfast in the face of adversity.

 DANGERS OF RELIGIOUS BIGOTRY

#1 Understanding the Impact of Bigotry

Bigotry is a noun that refers to an unreasonable attachment to a belief, opinion, or faction, often leading to prejudice against a person or people based on their membership of a particular group. Synonyms for bigotry include prejudice, bias, partiality, sectarianism, discrimination, unfairness, injustice, intolerance, narrow-mindedness, fanaticism, dogmaticism, racialism, sexism, and chauvinism. In essence, bigotry destroys the original purpose, intent, and teaching of a religion, laying waste to its core values and principles.

#2 The Author's Personal Experience

The author shares their personal experience of growing up in a religious organization, the Nation of Islam, and how they were influenced by its teachings. They recount how their family was involved in the organization, and how they were taught to have a particular way of thinking about others based on their race. The author reflects on how this bigotry was incorporated into their religion, making it seem like a necessary part of their beliefs.

#3 The Danger of Religious Bigotry

Religious bigotry is particularly harmful because it adds a layer of moral justification to discriminatory beliefs and practices. When people incorporate bigotry into their religion, it gives them a sense of righteousness and justification for their actions. This is why it's essential to recognize and challenge bigotry in all its forms, especially when it's disguised as religious doctrine.

#4 The Example of the Nation of Islam

The author shares their experience of being part of the Nation of Islam, which was founded on principles of racial segregation and discrimination. They reflect on how this organization was able to rise to power and influence, despite its harmful teachings. The author notes that the organization's leader, Mr. Muhammad, had a particular way of teaching that was designed to program African Americans to correct themselves, but also to see whites as wicked. However, this teaching was incomplete and failed to acknowledge the role of Arabs in the trans-African slave trade, which lasted for over a thousand years.

#5 The Hypocrisy of Religious Bigotry

The author highlights the hypocrisy of religious bigotry, pointing out that many religious leaders are guilty of the same crimes they accuse others of. They note that Islam, in particular, has a history of conquest and slavery in Africa, and that Arab Muslims have contributed to the oppression of African people. The author asks why Muslims are not held accountable for their role in the trans-African slave trade, and why they are not expected to repent and make amends for their actions.

#6 The Importance of Repentance and Forgiveness

The author emphasizes the importance of repentance and forgiveness in overcoming religious bigotry. They note that everyone deserves a chance to repent and turn their life over to God, regardless of their past mistakes. The author encourages readers to put God first and seek His righteousness, rather than pursuing power and wealth.

#7 Conclusion

In conclusion, the author urges readers to recognize the destructive power of religious bigotry and to challenge it in all its forms. They emphasize the importance of repentance, forgiveness, and seeking God's righteousness, rather than pursuing power and wealth. The author encourages readers to think critically about their beliefs and to seek the truth, rather than blindly following religious leaders or doctrine.

FOCUS ON DIVINE GUIDANCE FOR TRUE GROWTH & SUCCESS

Stop Being a Baby: Time to Grow Up Spiritually. Many people feel lost and unsure of what to do. It’s time to stop acting like a baby who refuses help. It’s time to grow up and face the truth. This means accepting that you need guidance and understanding. The path to a better life begins with humility and a willingness to learn.

Focus on What Matters: When you are focused, many of the problems you see in the world will disappear. These problems only exist because you are not following the right path. Focus on your relationship with the divine. When you focus, you will see the world differently.

Accept Guidance: Accept the help that is offered. Visit www.yashuasaves.com and read the information there. Become one with the teachings. This isn’t about joining a group. It’s about being still and knowing the creator. Sometimes, you need to be still to hear the divine creator. Let the creator guide you back to spiritual health.

Bow to the Creator: You need to bow your knee to the creator and let the creator work through you. Some may say they already have, but have they really? 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” This means you need to turn away from your sins. It’s not about blaming others. It’s about fixing your own actions.

Follow the Right Path: God calls you to be separate unto him. If you are not following the right path, you are in trouble. You can go on being comedic, conscious, and into black power if you want to, but it will not bring you peace. You will not get out of this situation until you admit you are wrong. You have been taking on sinful ways and speaking against the creator.

Know the Truth How can you tell if people are wicked? Look at their neighborhoods. If you see crime, trash, and boarded-up buildings, you are among wicked people. You may even be taking part in their wickedness. Turn your heart and follow the instructions you have been given.

The Only Way Out: You have tried everything else, and where has it gotten you? You cannot get out of this without the creator. The truth has been revealed to you. What are you going to do? Take it or leave it, but know this: you are stuck.

Don’t Sink in Quicksand: You can go into different lifestyles and beliefs, but you will still be sinking in quicksand. You can be into comedic ideas or Hebrew Israelites, Nominal Christianity, Black Kemeticism, ProBlack/Pan-Africanism, or even Black Muslim groups, but you will be sinking. Most people do not even know who called them to get their life right. They do not know the truth. That is why they are sinking.

Conclusion: It is time to stop acting like a baby and start growing spiritually. Focus on the divine creator, accept guidance, and turn away from sin. The path to a better life begins with humility, truth, and a willingness to follow the right way.
